In compliance with your instruction dated February 17, 2006 we were attended on board above name vessel whilst she on her port side alongside at wharf 102 of Port of Tanjung Priok, Jakarta to carry out Draft Survey as instructed and would report the following :

The MV. “ HAKULA” is a 4,226 GT Bulk / Container Carrier, built in 1986 by Tomago, Nescastle, the vessel has 2 (two) cargo holds, last port of call Adelaide, Australia and called for port of Tanjung priok, Jakarta on February 25, 2006 to Discharge her cargo of “ SODA ASH “

Based on our inspection and reference to the stowage plan made available at time of our attendance, we noted that the cargo of “SODA ASH” totalling of about 5,000 MT for Tanjung Priok, Jakarta, the nominated cargo were loaded in hold no. 1 & 2. The following of cargo detailed that to be discharge as per cargo stowage plan:
