Command & control� Clarify and document order and flow of standard operating
procedures (SOPs) by relevant mandated authority at time of an
incident
Set standards� Ensure that high level of preparedness is enjoyed at all times
Data sharing� Formalise data sharing agreements within ambit of the law
Governance� Make certain that, on basis of a results-orientated policy, rewards of
a high standard of compliance are reaped
