Poolstat Live Match sheet Instructions

GETTING TO YOUR MATCH SHEET Step 1: Go to your web browser and enter www.livescore.poolstat.net.au Step 2: Click on Winter comp, then your division and select your team. Enter your password and click go Once you click go your match sheet will appear

Match Sheet Step 1: - Player List Click on Player List as shown below and review your team list e.g. Check all your players are listed, their names are spelt correctly and add players. NOTE: If you are adding a new player you must register them with Matt Harmon prior to playing and adding them to your team. Most of the time if you have registered a new player in your team I will have already added them and they will appear in your Team list. If you add a player and they have not been registered all their frames will be forfeited. The away team then is to review their team and notify the home captain of any changes/errors

Step 2: Select Players Home Team select their line-up for the night by clicking “Select Players” as below Click on each player in the order you wish them to play as per below…… make sure you select your reserves e.g. for the home team 7, 8 & 9 if you have that many players

Once selected click “Save” and then the Home button in top LHS corner Repeat the above process for the away team by asking the away team Captain for their line-up, Click save and then home to return to the Match details Step 3: Enter Results Click on enter results as per below:

The top of the match sheet has the “legend” This is your players for the night and does not change for the night. You can minimise the legend and any other round once complete by clicking the LHS top corner of each section as below The line-up for round 1 will be under the legend

After each frame click result next to the player that won, select either WON, MasterBreak or MasterShot and then save as indicated below:

As you will see the save Button turns into a unlock button….. click this and then refresh if you find you have entered the result incorrectly and need to re set it.

Once you complete round 1 you can minimise if you wish….. the current score will be show at the top across from the legend

From round 2 you can substitute players as normal. You just need to click on the players name you wish to sub out, and then select the player you wish to sub in. In this screen you can also forfeit the frame if required

Once player selected….. make sure correct and click save. You can cancel at this point if you selected the wrong person

Continue the above process for each round until match complete Once match is complete, click the Home button on top LHS corner to return to the match details. Then click finalise game

This will then produce a match summary…. Check that results and score is correct

If you are happy the Home team is to click ACCEPT and the confirm

Then you need the away captain to log-in and accept the results. This is affectively a signature that both captains agree on the results. You will see there is a dispute button…… I don’t ever see this being used, but if you are in dispute and don’t agree with the score, put a comment in the captains Comment box and click DISPUTE RESULT. This information will come through to TD and I will be in contact

To log-in as away captain…. Click on Log in as bottom of sheet, and then enter your password. DON’T PROVIDE YOUR PASSWORD TO THE HOME CAPTAIN…. ENTER IT YOURSELF

AT THIS POINT THE MATCH IS COMPLETE…… YOU CAN CLOSE. THERE IS NO NEED TO TEXT ME RESULT AS THE SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY NOTIFY ME….. SO THIS WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR RESULTS BEING SUBMITTED AND YOU WILL BE AWARDED BONUS POINTS IF YOU ARE USING THIS SYSTEM

You can save a link as an app on your device home screen so you don’t have to type in address each time e.g. android - enter above address in web browser and then click on 3 dots on RHS top corner

Then Click “Add to Home screen”

Name the link as you wish e.g. “LiveScore” and then click ADD

Check your device on where it saved the icon…… this will look like an App and you can now just click on it to open up livescores Pin page

Apple (sorry I don’t have an iphone so I have just copied some images from the net showing how to save a web address to your home screen…. so ignore the web address on below picture and just replace with www.livescore.poolstat.net.au when applying to your device
