KLANJE STOKE I PERADI U KLAONICAMA RUJAN 2018

SLAUGHTERING OF LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY IN SLAUGHTERHOUSES SEPTEMBER 2018 U rujnu 2018 godine smanjen je broj zaklanih goveda za 5732 ovaca za 580 i svinja za 560 dok je broj zaklane peradi povećan za 651 u usporedbi sa istim razdobljem 2017 godine Neto težina zaklanih goveda je smanjena za 6631 ovaca za 1409 i svinja za 219 dok je neto težina zaklane peradi povećana za 843 u usporedbi sa istim razdobljem 2017 godine

In September 2018 the number of slaughtered cattle decreased by 5732 sheep by 580 and pigs by 560 while the number of slaughtered poultry increased by 651 in relation with the same period of 2017 The net weight of slaughtered cattle decreased by 6631 of slaughtered sheep by 1409 and of slaughtered pigs by 219 while the net weight of slaughtered poultry increased by 843 in relation with the same period of 2017

Metodološka objašnjenja Podaci o klanju stoke i peradi dobiveni su agregiranjem podataka na osnovu usporedivih mjesečnih statističkih istraživanja koja provode entitetski zavodi za statistiku i podružnica Distrikt Brčko Poslovni subjekti i dijelovi poslovnih subjekata dostavljaju podatke na osnovu knjigovodstvene evidencije dok se za obrtničke klaonice podaci dobivaju od nadležnih općinskih službi (veterinarsko ndash inspekcijskih) na osnovu raspoložive evidencije Definicije Bruto težina jeste težina stoke i peradi prije klanja Neto težina jeste težina očišćenog trupa zaklane stoke i peradi bez kože krvi glave (osim kod odojaka i peradi) utrobe prednjih nogu do koljena i stražnjih nogu do skočnog zgloba Randman zaklane stoke i peradi predstavlja postotni odnos težine zaklane stoke i peradi (neto težine) i težine žive stoke i peradi (bruto težine) a iskazuje se u postocima s jednom decimalom

Notes on methodology The data on slaughter of livestock and poultry are result of agregation of comparable the data from monthly statistical surveys conducted Entity institutes for statistics and by the Bureau in Brcko District Data on legal entities and parts of legal entities are submitting data based on book-keeping whereas for entrepreneurs avbattoirs data are given from approved municipal (veterinarian ndash inspection) depeartment at the basis of available evidence Definition

Gross weight is the weight of livestock and poultry before slaughtering Net weight is the weight of dressed carcass of slaughtered animals without skin and blood eviscerated and beheaded (excluding piglets and poultry) and after removal of fore ends and hind legs with knuckle Coefficient of utilisation of slaughtered livestock and poultry is a persentage ratio of the weight of the slaughtered cattle and poultry (net weight) and the weight of livestock and live poultry (gross weight) and it is presented in percentage caltulated to one decimale place
