To Identify the hazards with respect to the various severities of the pre defined parameters and recommend suitable mitigation/Control measures to eliminate to the extent of possible level.

SEVERITY:

The pre defined parameters were classified in to Low, Medium and High severities based on their Causes and impact to the areas covered in the study.

Shelter.  Mirror at the corner of road Reserved Car parking Lighting at Main entrance. Lighting for Name board. Plant trimming in front of the Name board Leveling and Compaction at the junction of Main

staircase Overall cable management to be improved Electrical cable dressing to be ensured Access way shall be free from obstacles Entry / Exit sign boards

Removal of unwanted electrical cables Removal of existing exhaust fan (wall

PMO Valve Shop : Focus lights to be changed Proper arrangements of material storage Pressure equipments sign boards to be

provided Structural earthling should be done Supports for pressurized water hoses to be

provided Piping Material open yard : Proper Arrangement of materials Access from the rear side of the yard should

be free from obstruction Regular housekeeping

Security Cabin : Emergency numbers to be displayed Locking system key stand for office keys Regular housekeeping Fire fighting training Anchor bolts to be provided for

mounting cabin rigidly              Electrical Preventive Maintenance to be

Ensured Security cabin bottom floor opening to

be closed

Porto Cabins : Fire alarm System         Unwanted holes & openings to be closed Provide Pest o flash Light in dining hall  Regular housekeeping Removal of Coiled type stove & Induction

stove to be used if required. Unused window type A/C to be removed. Vehicle keys should have easy

identification and access in case of emergency evacuation

Storage Containers : MSDS to be displayed for all chemicals. Proper arrangements of material &

tools Fire alarm system to be provided      Electrical preventive maintenance to be

Anchoring to be done for the security cabin.
