To Whom it may concern, I am more than happy to write this letter of refernce for Tahra Al-Suwaidi. As a bright and confident young lady Tahra worked with myself at pizza hut delivery Pontypridd in a very challenging receptionist position for 3 months where she has worked brilliantly as part of our team. showing her initiative is also something that has stood out to me with Tahra. A pleasure to have as part of our team. Tahra has shown us that she has brilliant time keeping skills and no job is ever too big or small. Over her time working here her customer service skills have grown greatly. As a receptionist she was working front of house and always turned up to work looking presentable and in full uniform. Her telephone skills have very much improved and she is now very confident and professional when dealing with difficult customers and complaints.
