Warner Robins is a city in the state of Georgia, located primarily in Houston County with a small portion in Peach County. The city has its own metropolitan statistical area and as of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 48,804. From 2000 to 2010, the Warner Robins city population growth percentage was 36.4% (or from 48,804 people to 66,588 people).
In 2009, Business Week magazine named Warner Robins the best place in Georgia in which to raise a family. The ranking was bestowed once again for 2010. The Warner Robins Area Chamber was named one of the top three chambers of commerce in the U.S. for a chamber in its division in 2009 by the American Chamber of Commerce Executives Association.
Opelika is a city in and the county seat of Lee County in the east central part of the U.S. state of Alabama. According to 2010 Census, the population of Opelika was 26,477. It is a principal city of the Auburn-Opelika Metropolitan Area (population 135,833) which, along with the Columbus, GA-AL MSA and the Tuskegee, AL MSA, comprises the greater Columbus-Auburn-Opelika, GA-AL CSA, a region home to approximately 500,000 residents.
