Beginner –White Belt; Novice – Green Belt; Intermediate – Brown Belt; Advanced - Black Belt Traditional white gi (no piping or stripes) - AAU Patch must be sewn on gi!

No rolled sleeves or cuffs; Pants & Sleeves must be ¾ length

Females must wear plain white T-shirt or white sports bra under top

No headbands, jewelry or nail polish!
