Definition of SEXUAL IMMORALITY: Immoral quality, character, or conduct; wickedness; evilness

Sexual misconduct; iniquity; an immoral act;

Immoral behavior; licentiousness; promiscuity;

Fornication; adultery; lewdness


Definition of FORNICATION: “voluntary sexual intercourse between two unmarried persons or two persons not married to each other.”

Definition of ADULTERY: “voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and someone other than his or her lawful spouse.”


Definition of LEWDNESS: “unbridled lust; wanton acts or manners;

filthy words, indecent bodily movements, unchaste handling of males and females

Anything that excites the lust of the flesh;

Anything that stirs of sexual desires;

(decency, modesty) and

moderation (discretion)… is proper

for women professing godliness”

We Must Love God More & Flee

SEXUAL IMMORALITY

Love God More & FLEE SEXUAL IMMORALITY

I John 2:15-17 –

“And the world is passing away,

and the lust of it; but he who

does the will of God abides

forever.”


Romans 13:13-14 –

“But put on the Lord Jesus

Christ, and make no provision

for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.”


I Corinthians 6:15-20 –

“Flee sexual immorality.”

Conclusion

Sexual Immorality is sin & we must treat it that way.

Sexual Immorality is serious.

Sexual Immorality separates us from God,

from God’s blessings, and from God’s promises.

Sexual Immorality will keep us out of heaven.

We must love God more & flee sexual

immorality

Conclusion
