Conveniently located in the Yankee Stadium section of the Bronx, PINDARA STUDIOS is the ideal space for castings, rehearsals, stage readings, and screenings. For shooting, the Studios have vast interiors with high ceilings, wood floors, a full kitchen, and a private bath. Surrounded by a picturesque park, Yankee Stadium, and various landscapes that are often shown on major network television shows, PINDARA STUDIOS is the perfect choice to capture the idyllic NYC skyline shot for your video or print project.

On site requests for additional hours will be based on an open schedule. For pre-scheduled changes of time, calls must be made in advance and will be based on current rentals status.


BOOKING PROCEDURES• Spaces are available seven days a week, minimum 2-hour time slots • PINDARA STUDIOS books available flexible slots, 1 week in advance• A $15 refundable hold fee is charged at the time of booking via PayPal. This

will be applied to your overall time of space rental.• For filming 50 percent payment is due at the time of booking via PayPal, and

the remaining 50 percent is due upon arrival to the Studios

CANCELLATION POLICY• For rehearsals and castings, cancellation is required 12 hours in advance.

Failure to notify the Studios of cancelation during this time period will result in the loss of your booking fee.

• For filming, PINDARA STUDIOS requires a notice of 36 hours prior to cancellation. If bookings are canceled without sufficient advanced notice, you will be charged 25 percent of the cost for your reserved time slot.
