For this photographers work the subject matter is mainly very textured and detailed close ups of plants and surfaces. I think she would have used a macro lens to get such clear images so close to the Subject. The composition and vantage point that uses means that your eye is drawn to many areas of the work. There doesn't seem to be one focal point. The Photographer seems to have used colour effects as a device as she has either found brightly coloured surfaces or enhanced them in editing. I think this work is about getting us to notice the natural world around us and how interesting it can be. The photographer has done this by capturing things we may not usually notice and making them look visually interesting.
