A TOTAL OF 650 SF WILL BE DISTURBED DURINGCONSTRUCTION.

EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS:THE EXISTING PARKING PAD IN THE REAR SLOPES DOWN FROMNORTH TO SOUTH WITH A VERY SLIGHT PERCENT SLOPE. RUNOFFFROM THIS PARKING PAD FLOWS TO THE ALLEY TO THE SOUTH.
