§ Percept ICE, a company of Percept Limited, recently executed the launch of the 21st Century Beetle for Volkswagen on 19December, 2015 at the India Dome, NSCI in Mumbai.
§ Percept ICE’s mandate from Volkswagen was to conceptualize and manage the entire launch event which translated into thecompany creating the entire theme, designing the mega set that was inspired by the distinguished VW logo, managing allthe pre-function engagements and the stage show which were crafted keeping the brand essence of the iconic Beetle.
§ The extravagance of the event was evident through the gigantic Volkswagen logo that took centre stage at the venue,serving as a ramp for Kunal Rawal’s glamorous fashion show as well as a compelling platform to showcase the launch of themuch awaited 21st Century Beetle. The entire fashion show music was mixed by acclaimed intentional DJ Thomas Gold, aBerlin-based DJ and producer.

• Percept ice, recently executed the “Spin Goa – YPO South Asia freewheeler 2015” from the 27th – 29th of Nov, 2015 at the Grand Hyatt, Goa.
•The event was conducted for YPO-WPO which is the world's premier peer network of chief executives and business leaders.
• In attendance were top 300 such members along with their spouses at the event.
• Percept ice’s mandate from YPO was to conceptualize and manage the entire unique event, by creating never before seen experiences across the three days ranging from celebrity speakers, international artists, international culinary experts and chefs.

• A stage with huge LED screens and 2 bar counters along with artist risers were set up for the show. A live twitter feed LED-wall projected pictures and comments from guests’ posts across social networking platforms by using a common #ReadytoDiscover.
• Tara D’souza hosted the evening, while artists Faizan Hussain, a percussionist and nephew of Ustad Zakir Hussain, along with celebrated indo-western cellist, Lavine DaCosta, crafted a music piece especially for the event.

• The event highlight was not only the launch of the Range Rover Sport, but also the on road and off road drive experience at the 19 Degrees North for all the brand’s patrons which in return made the event memorable
• The Hospitality for all the guests was taken to another level . The guests were welcomed with Range Rover Sport branded folders and kits containing Land Rover t- shirts and caps
