The MDAD Runway Friction Testing Program verifies thed f hcondition of the runway pavement.

Friction Testing is performed on a monthly basis by MDADStaff using a self contained friction testing vehicle.

MDAD’s Dynatest Friction Tester measures the coefficient offriction for the surface of the asphalt runways to ensurecompliance with the FAA.
