What is it?

▪ A cloud services platform that offers familiar Microsoft products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive

What is OneDrive

You can save files, photos, and videos to your OneDrive account and access them from any device such as a computer, tablet or Smart phone anywhere in the world

OneDrive is a file sharing platform within Microsoft Office 365

Files can also be accessed when you are off the grid

The files, photos and videos can also be shared amongst colleagues, friends and family eliminating the need for large email attachments or thumb drives

▪ On a Word online document, write a few sentences on how the accessibility features will help your learners (may use Dictation)

▪ The Slide deck can be shared with others when saved on OneDrive

▪ Multiple authors can work simultaneously on the same slide deck

OneNote Class Notebook

• Digital notebook where you can organize and share content/assignments with students without having to upload them to another medium

• Student notebooks can be created within class notebook to provide a digital space for students to record and share their learning, as well as to reflect on their progress

• Teachers have access to student’s notebook at anytime and are able to see student’s work to provide timely feedback

• Teachers can distribute any page of the class notebook to the student’s notebook with the click of a button

• You may consider adding students after you have populated a ClassNotebook with instructions and notes for students
