Manage Customers

Manage Customers' allows you to review

businesses who have purchased products from

you. From this menu you can review your history

of electronic commerce with these vendors.

If you would like to limit the businesses who can

send you solicitations to those areas in which you

want to do business, select the 'Manage Business

Opportunities' button. From here, you may limit,

by state, county, and city, the specific areas from

which solicitations will be sent.

Manage Suppliers

The 'Manage Suppliers' menu is available to

review your electronic suppliers so that you can

track the purchases you make through The

Marketplace. Companies are added to this list

when you invite a new business partner to join

The Marketplace, issue a Purchase Order to a

new supplier, or target a solicitation to a specific

vendor.

If you would like to limit the businesses to which

you send solicitations by geographic location,

select the 'Manage Solicitation Distribution Areas'

button. From here, you may limit, by state,

county, and city, the specific areas from which

solicitations will be sent.

Agencies & Associations Deleting an Agency

Action Illustration

Deleting the receipt of email notifications from

Partners Manager can be done by first, selecting

the Partners Manager tab. Then select Agencies +

Associations from the sub-tabs.

1. Select the radio button in the Del column to remove the agency and stop the email notifications. You will see a pop up confirming that you would like to delete the agency. Click OK to confirm. This will remove the selected agency from the current Agencies + Associations list.

Adding an Agency

You also have the ability to Add an Agency to

your Agency + Associations list.

1. To do so click the “Add Agencies” button.

2. Once the page has refreshed a listing of Agencies not currently selected will be displayed. Click on the Select radio button, the Agency will be added and you will be brought back to your Agencies + Associations list.

Note: You also have the ability to click the Radio

button in the Review column. This function allows

you to review the Agency’s demographics and

points of contact.

Agencies & Associations Extended Bid Opportunities Management

To manage whichever States you would like to

receive Extended Bid Opportunity notifications

from, Click on the Partners Manager tab and sub

menu Agencies + Associations

In the Extended Bid Opportunities section, simply

uncheck the State that is not desired and Click on

the Save Changes button at the bottom of the

page

Invite Partners

Action Illustration

The 'Invite Partners' menu allows you to invite

other companies to do business with you on The

Marketplace. With this tool, you can send

companies an e-mail notifying them that you are

doing business electronically in the MarketPlace

B2B system. Sending an invitation to a company

will list that company in your 'Manage Suppliers'

menu.

In order to release an invitation, you must enter

the e-mail address for that company in the

'Contact Email' field. Once you have reviewed the

email to be sent out, click the 'Send Invitation'

button.
