Create & Update your Company profileQuickstart Guide

Edit* Your Company Profile*Most of the company profiles have already been created by us, so please check if your company already has a profile before creating a new one. To do this, just search for it in the “Community” tab at startups.be.

1. Visit www.startups.be 2. Click on Login and Insert Your Account Access

3. Click On My Account (left upper corner) My companies

4. Select “Add a Member”

5. Complete All Relevant Fields

6. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page to save and publish your company info.

7. Mandatory Fields • Name = Company Name • Description= About Us-Blurb• Services, Contact Info, Social Media, Etc.• To embed videos:

8. Your profile needs to be approved by the Admin. As soon it’s enabled, you will receive a confirmation email. Usually within 1 or 2 business days

Edit Your Company Profile

1. Go to “My account” (left upper corner) My Companies

2. Click “Edit”

3. Make The Relevant Changes

4. If you want to embed a video, click the video symbol

5. Choose the Ïframe format and link to the player link directly if it’s a Video on Vimeo.

6. Click on “Save” to Apply & PublishYour Edits.
