Did you know? Pray for the healing of abuse victims. Each of us, as members of our Catholic community, can contribute to the healing by re-membering survivors of abuse in our prayers. The following prayer is from the USCCB.
Holy Spirit, comforter of hearts, heal your people’s wounds and transform brokenness into wholeness.
Grant us courage and wisdom, hu-mility and grace, to act with justice.
Breathe wisdom into our prayers and labors.
Grant that all harmed by abuse may find justice.
We ask this through Christ, our Lord.
Amen.

Safety and Well-Being of Our Children at Old Mission Santa Inés: Please ensure that children are always under the supervision of an adult, not an adolescent or mi-nor. Children should always be ac-companied by an adult to the bath-room during Mass or at any other meeting.
Baccalaureate will be held at the SYV Presbyterian Church, 1825 Alamo Pintado Road, in Solvang, on Sunday, May 21, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM.
Baccalaureate is a nondenomina-tional celebration for high school seniors living in the Santa Ynez Valley, graduating from any school, or program. For more information please call Shani Gianis at 717-2277 or see the flyer in the back of the church.

Domingo de Pascua: La Resurrección del Señor
¿Sabía Usted? Ore por la sanación de las víctimas de abuso. Cada uno de nosotros, como miembros de nuestra comunidad católica, podemos contribuir a la sanación recordando a los sobrevivientes de abuso en nuestras oraciones. La siguiente oración es de la USCCB (Conferencia de Obispos Católicos de Estados Unidos).
Espíritu Santo, consolador de corazones, sana las heridas de tu pueblo y transforma el quebrantamiento en integridad.
Concédenos coraje y sabiduría, humildad y gracia, para actuar con justicia.
Danos sabiduría en nuestras oraciones y obras.
Concede que todos los perjudicados por el abuso puedan encontrar justicia.
Pedimos esto a través de Cristo, nuestro Señor.
Amén.

en el Norte de México Por favor apoye nuestras Misiones Capuchinas del Norte de México en su viaje cuaresmal. Recuerde a nuestros hermanos y hermanas en necesidad en el norte de México cuando sacrifique un antojo o un café y ponga ese dinero en el recipiente para alimentar a nuestra gente. Gracias por ayunar esta Cuaresma, por sus oraciones por los frailes Capuchinos y por los que sirven. Los recipientes se distribuirán después de la Misa.
Los hermanos capuchinos, las hermanas del Sagrado Corazón y el personal de la parroquia le desean las bendiciones del Señor Resucitado. Gracias por viajar como una comunidad durante estos 40 días a través de la oración, el ayuno y las obras de caridad a la Solemnidad de la Resurrección. Seguridad y Bienestar de Nuestros Niños en la Misión Santa Inés: Por favor asegúrese de que los niños es-tén siempre bajo la supervisión de un adulto, no un adolescente o menor de edad. Los niños deben de ir siempre acompañados por un adulto al baño durante Misa o en cualquier otra reunión.
La próxima sesión de Vir-tus “Protegiendo a Los Niños de Dios” será Viernes 21 de Abril, a las 6pm-9pm en el salón de la planta alta. Favor de llamar a la Oficina Parroquial para reservar su lugar.
¡Atención! Comenzando en Mayo, el Padre Ma-teo o Deacono Ancelmo ya no esta-rán aceptando peticiones para la Misa antes de la Misa. Si necesitan una petición favor de ir a la tienda de re-galos con tiempo para apartar su fe-cha. Gracias por su comprensión.
