A group'X)f students from each high school class is being trained; as motion picture projectionists." The course is being conducted by Richard Kratochvil, a senior, under the guidance of Mr. Sawyer,^ director of the Audio-Visual program. Upon completion of the course students will be i^ued a projectionists’ certificate.
The introduction of conversational German into the elementary grades has been extremely well received. The children are requesting extra class periods and it appears th a t the course will be carried over into adult education.

Each month it is planned to publish and to send home to the parents a monthly news-gram.
On Saturday, Oct. 2, the entire facilities of the Fleischmanns high school will be turned over to the Girl Scouts for their annual jamboree. The school band under the direction of Bernard Greenbush will lead a morning parade.

I t is hoped that courses in adult 1|ducation may b6 set up to m eet the needs of the m ajority of the people of the community. TeicHmanns Enjoy Golden Wedding Day
Roxbury, Sept. 21.—Mr. and Mrs. Albin Teichmann, Roxbuiy residents for many years, who make their home with their son- in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ludewig, a t Park Lane, Wappingers Falls, were guests of honor Simday, Sept. 12, a t a family party in celebration of their golden wedding anniversary.
Albin Teichmaim and Miss Lilli Moehle were m arried S ep t 15) 1904, in Hedemunden, Germany. The couple came to this country in 1905, shortly after \the birth of their first child and only son, Frederick K., now a s ^ ta n t Dean of the Day school a t the New York University Engineering college.
They made their home firs t in New York d ty , where Mr. Teichmann was a chef in a hotel. He was an unexcelled ‘ pastry cook. Their daughtets, Freda and Eda, now Mrs. William VanBenschoten and Mrs. Joseph Ludewig, respectively, were bom in New York. When the children were small they moved to Roxbury about 40 years ago, and for many years were managers of a summ er hotel, and stlro conducted a daby farm above Roxbury.
