The entity toreceive funding for this project is the Anny Corps of Engineers, Plan FOIIDulation Branch PlanningDivision Office, located at 915 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 980, Los Angeles, CA 90017. The fundingwould principally go to rehabilitate a 7.2 mile flood control levee located along th e Little ColoradoRiver near Winslow, Arizona. This levee was rebuilt 15 years ago to provide I OO-year floodprotection for pal1s of Winslow and the surrounding unincorporated areas. At that time, the levee metall Federal Emergency Management Agency requirements for 1 OO-year flood protection, alld was

Thefunding would be used for the installation of photovoltaic panels to support the recharging of plug-inhybrid vehicles in the county government fleet.
