The entity to receive fund ing for this project is the Army Corps ofEngineers, Los Angeles District , located at 915 Wi lshire Blvd, Suite 980, Los Angeles,CA,90017. The funding will be used to conduct a feasibility study to determine theappropriate solution to the severe property damage suffered as a result of seasonal rain

flooding in the Borrego Springs commun ity located in East San Diego County. I certifythat neither I, nor my spouse, have any financial interest in this project.Consistent with the Republican Leadership's policy of earmarks, I hereby certifythat to the best of my knowledge th is request (1) is not directed to an entity or programthat will be named after a sitting Member ofCongress; (2) is not intended to be used by
