1. TECHNICAL INFORMATION

1.1 Major features of Sintering furnace CMF-210, CMF-220, - 10 Steps program patterns- PID optimized control- Microwave 1000 watts output

Our typical microwave sintering furnaces operate at a proper GHz frequency with power output in the range of 1-2 KW. This features,

- Great energy efficiency- Faster sample heating- Improved material properties- Emission reduction- Wide range of potential applications

The sintering chamber consists of ceramic insulation housing (batch system). The primary function of the insulation is to preserve the heat generated in the work piece. The temperatures are monitored by optical sheathed thermocouples placed close to the surface of the sample. The system is equipped with stainless steel housing including max. temp. 1,600 deg C, air circulation, plastic door available and programmable controller with max. 10 program steps, control output indicator and exhaust device as well. There are three models for applications of ceramic materials, other industrial needs.

1.2 Technical dataWidth : 395mmHeight : 440mmlength : 520mmCasting : Steel/stainless steelFiring chamber capacity :Firing chamber temperature : 1600 deg. CChamber operating temp : 1500-1550.C
