The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded Fort Belknap Community Economic Development Corporation (FBCEDC) of northern Montana a Brownsfield Hazardous Substance Assessment Grant on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation in 2019.
FBCEDC is soliciting responses for conducting assessments for asbestos and lead based paint contamination in approximately 30 homes donated to the Fort Belknap Indian Community. The assessments will be conducted in Blaine County, Fort Belknap Indian Reservation, Fort Belknap Agency.
Copies of the detailed request for proposal (RFP), including a description of the services to be provided by respondents, the minimum content of the responses, and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses, can be obtained by contacting Leslie “Josie” Cliff, Executive Director, Fort Belknap Community Economic Development Corporation, 189 Chippewa Ave., P.O.
