People with Learning Disabilities (9 Milestones)• The programme will fund more self-contained provision. Outreach / resettlement services expanded to meet the increased demand for such services combined with greater access to mainstream housing. Service users offered more choices in their housing and more community based housing

Outstanding Issues: ** These milestones are around assessing current service user needs and reviewing current contracting arrangements towards an hourly based contract value. Needs Assessment will be delayed until Dec 07 due to lack of response from providers and Contract reviews will be delayed until March 2008 in line with rationalisation of LD contracts.

Older People, Frail Elders, Older People with Mental Health or Dementia (6 Milestones)

•The SP programme will fund a range of flexible support options and linked to domiciliary, extra care and alarm / assistive technology provision where appropriate. Service users will have a range of support options in addition to sheltered housing.
