Happy Holidays!
Congratulations to the residents who participated in the 3rd Annual Resident Art Exhibit in November. The event was a huge success and a wonderful showcase of amazing resident talent! Please visit our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/theavantpaloalto soon for more photos from the art show! We are looking forward to next year’s exhibit!
Each month, Palo Alto Commons selects an Employee of the Month, and this month’s recipient is Jennifer P., a hostess in the Avant dining room. “I feel so shocked and grateful (to win this award),” Jennifer says. Jennifer has been working at PAC/Avant for almost 4 years. She was born in Palo Alto and has lived in the area for her whole life. When not working, Jennifer enjoys sleeping, going out with friends, watching movies, bowling, and going to the park. She also enjoys spending time with her parents and sister. “I really love my job, because the residents are really nice. I love working and interact-ing with them!” she adds. Sherry Bucio, her supervisor, says, “Jennifer is smart, caring, and works hard. She always tries her best to give the best customer service to residents and has a positive attitude on the job. She’s a great role model for all staff.”
