Our purpose at Owensville Christian Church

is to evangelize the lost, equip disciples,

and engage the body of Christ in Kingdom work

We Believe

The Bible is the inspired Word of God.

2 Timothy 3:16-17

There is one God in three persons: Father, Son,

and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God who

died for our sins and rose from the dead.

1 Corinthians 15:1-8; John 3:16

We follow the plan given by God for salvation:

Hear - Romans 10:17

Believe - Mark 16:16; John 20:31

Repent - Matthew 4:17

Confess - Christ is Lord - Matthew 10:32-33

- Sins - 1 John 1:9

Baptism - Matthew 3:15-17; Mark 16:16;

Acts 2:38; 1 Peter 3:21

We are all sinners saved by grace, through faith,

which is a gift from God. Ephesians 2:5-9

The Church is the body of Christ, on earth,

empowered by the Holy Spirit; it exists to

evangelize the lost and edify the saved.

Ephesians 4:1-16

If you have other questions or would like

further clarification on our beliefs, please

feel free to contact our senior minister or elders.
