and graduated from Eastern

Virginia Medical School, with

the honor of being the �rst

EVMS student to earn an integrated plastic surgery residency

training position. His plastic surgery training was completed

at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS.

There he received training in all aspects of reconstructive and

aesthetic surgery including breast reconstruction, skin cancer

reconstruction, microvascular surgery, hand surgery, surgical

correction of congenital anomalies, and cosmetic surgery of

the face, breast and body.

Dr. Stall utilizes a patient-centered approach. His practice

philosophy prioritizes quality over quantity and focuses on

the e�cient delivery of the highest-quality care. The patient

experience is his primary focus and achieving superior

surgical outcomes is his main objective.

Dr. Stall's expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic
