CSI Action ItemCSI Time-Outs“My biggest issue is the lack of notification of time-

outs and such. The system should not allow you to put nominations in if it’s already timed out….”

Action ItemsCSI will provide customers a warning message prior to their CSI session expiring.

When a customer’s session has expired, CSI will redirect their web browser to a timeout error screen with an option to log in again.
