Outplacement, an innovative concept for meeting the current challenges of the employment market in Switzerland The history of outplacement Outplacement services have been introduced since the beginning of the eighties, following the evolution of the globalized economic system, switching from work stability to the labour flexibility. This new paradigm generated a lot of anxiety amongst people that were engaged in a career transition, since Society had difficulties recognizing the temporary transitional status of people undergoing redundancy. The latter would find themselves isolated and often powerless when faced with these new and undesired circumstances. Outplacement companies were quickly established in the main industrialized countries using the dynamic of grouping the candidates together in order to avoid isolation. This dynamic currently remains, even if the evolution of the technological environment has profoundly changed our habits.

Discover our program Support for candidates All of our coaching is one-on-one and individualized, because our concept is designed to focus on you. There is no group coaching and the “open-spaces” able to accommodate a mass of candidates are not part of our company culture. The Resume If you submit your resume to 10 human resources specialists, you will have 10 different opinions.
