PERPETUAL ADORATION This week is Ash Wednesday, a
time for Penance and reconciliation
in our church. “Be still and know
that I am God supreme among the
nations, supreme upon the
earth.” (Ps 46) Come into the
presence of our Eucharistic Jesus
who is supreme. Come and sit with
Him during this Lenten season. Let
His peace and joy envelop our
souls. Prepare for His
Resurrection and ours by confession, penances,
prayers and the reception of Holy Communion. Bring
our children before Jesus and teach them about the
love and mercy of Jesus and how this Lent we can
draw ever closer to His Divine Heart.
DURING LENT WHY NOT COME AND SPEND
SOME TIME ADORING JESUS. YOU DO NOT
NEED TO BE SCHEDULED. JUST COME AND
BRING YOUR CHILDREN. LET THEM SIT WITH
JESUS. HE ASKS FOR THEM AND YOU.
Adorers are needed for the following hours:
Wednesday 1:00 a.m.-2:00 a.m.

The Mercy Works theme for February
is “Care for the Sick.” As disciples of
Christ and members of His Church, we
are all called upon to be His healing
hands, extending mercy and love to those
among us who are ill or infirmed. Those
who are sick are so often forgotten or
avoided. In spite of their illness, these
individuals still have much to offer to those who take the
time to visit and comfort them. Give blood. Participate in
the next blood drive within your community or at your
work place. For more information on the Diocese of
Camden’s Home and Parish Healthcare Services, contact
VITALity Catholic Healthcare Services at (856) 583-6123.
