Our Journey

The friendship between Sheikh Majid Bin Hamad Al Qassimi and Engineer Raymond Khouzami bore fruit in April 1996 with the establishment of Al Thuriah as a small contracting firm.

With time, Al Thuriah carved its name through an impressive portfolio, developing and building projects ranging from small villas to high-rise residential and commercial towers. Al Thuriah’s name has always been synonymous with the finest quality and utmost dedication. The astute policies and streamlined internal processes have created a productive work environment which has served as the incubator for great ideas and outstanding projects.
