To represent is to act. Through thought, our ideas materialise into artefacts, images, words and sounds. These creations become indelible signs in the course of time, they are footprints in history. Although some are more prominent than others, they are all part of that which remains with us for the rest of eternity. In an society where all that is solid melts into air, one in which everything is intrinsically ephemeral, does it still make sense to believe that our actions do more than represent the individual sphere, but represent a collective footprint on the triad of time ?

Our generation, characterized by the progress of technology and the technical development of our communication methods has made it possible to indiscriminately access any type of information and has allowed our creative possibilities to increase exponentially.

Finding the right way to communicate one’s own ideas becomes a constant investigation, a journey through which we attempt to build a dialectical bridge between the reality of the abstract and the reality of the world of the senses through a medium which can be interpreted by our contemporaries.

With this as a premise, the Association intends to investigate how we can be critical using today’s means of representation and whether they will represent our epoch and be assumed paradigms of the future.
