Photo assembly guide of the colors pocket.
Included in this resource are 3 activities to use in Spanish interactive notebooks to assist
students in learning and practicing colors in Spanish. Use these activities after introducing
students to color vocabulary. Student instructions are included on each page. Included
are the following activities:
1. Crayon pocket “box” for crayons and crayon inserts for the pocket. Students color
their crayons appropriately, cut out and add to their pockets.
2. Create a Scene: students color a rainbow and house appropriately, cut out, and
assemble on a notebook page.
3. ¿De qué color es…? Flip Templates: Students identify the color of given objects and
write the correct color under the flip tab. They can also draw and color a picture of
the object. This works well for introducing some new vocabulary as students will most
likely need to look up the objects given using a dictionary. 2 per page. I like to cut in
half before passing out to students.
