Auto Delete The Auto-Delete feature may be used to automatically delete files and their metadata in the database after a certain period of time as defined by the "retention period" parameter. When activated, it runs as a background task, at the frequency set by the "wake-up period" parameter.

File Manager The File Manager feature allows copying, moving and renaming media files after they are created by the recorder. Copying media files is also referred to as "archiving". The File Manager may be used in different scenarios. Here are some examples: Multiple recorders are being used and all media files need to be centralized at one location; All recordings are to be copied (archived) to another location for backup.
