Services at OptimumWe provide a professional manned security service delivered to and beyond industry accepted standards

How we do it…• We recruit in a distinctive, specific manner to ensure we provide the

right workforce that will meet your specific needs.• Our Officers are trained to be proactive while at their duties, to

perform essential tasks at your premises, to develop productive and friendly relationships at their work places and adhere to high standards of customer care at all times, we ensure this by training officers.

• Our Officers will, on many occasions, be the first point of contact at your premises and will be trained to deal courteously and informatively with all visitors.

How we do it…• Optimum maintains a 24 hours x 7 days a week Control Room. This is

the primary point of contact for our Officers on duty and clients. Officers are required to make hourly check calls to the Control Room to ensure their safety and effectiveness. When check calls are not made within a 15 minute window, a Control Room Operator calls the Officer

• Mobile Supervisors are on duty 7 days a week. They make scheduled and unscheduled supervisory visits to sites to ensure Officers are working effectively. They also attend site to support the Officer during incidents. All supervisors are trained to NVQ level 3 standards.

What we do Better…• We provide and install a patrol management system at all our

client premises at no further cost to you• This system records our Officers’ activities while at your premises,

by way of patrol clocking activity. Officers use electronic RFID readers to clock at points installed at locations of interest around your premises

• Detailed reports from this patrol system are then availed to you in PDF format on a weekly basis via email so that you can actually see what you are paying for

What we do Better…• As well as training officers to industry standards Optimum goes

beyond this and ensures that all our officers are trained to NVQ level 2. Course modules include Minimise and respond to health and safety risks in your workplace, Control security incidents, Communicate effectively in the work place, Produce documents manually, Give Customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation

• Supervisors are also given training to NVQ level 3 standards to help maintain a consistent and effective service.

with the Private Security Industry Act 2001• All employees at Optimum are part of our Continuous Professional
