Sales of up to 400 customers daily per café have been recorded translating to revenues of up to $700 daily. This has resulted in combined average sales (across all 3 cafes) and at least 800 cups sold daily. Summary Opportunity Cafe’s strategy is two-fold A yearly entrepreneurship laboratory where a select number of students can gain practical experience by managing a real business. A meeting place for student founders entrepreneurs to engage in start up conversations, hackathons, business mentoring sessions and networking aimed at turning ideas into viable business solutions, while enjoying unique beverages. Our partnership experience with the NESCAFE in 3 Nigerian campuses (Universities of Ibadan, Benin & Calabar) shows a strong demand by students for coffee and similar beverages.
