It is important to note that Lebanon is facing an immense demographic and economic problem of 'brain-drain', specifically due to unemployment, where the youth are leaving

the country to grab opportunities offered abroad. And so, as described below, this project aims to change the perspective of such youth and help them create their own vision

towards their nation. Pave the Way is a project organized by AIESEC AUB in Lebanon. Its aim is to inspire students

to explore the leader within, as well as develop their interpersonal skills. Since schools in Lebanon lack non-academic programs that aim to develop their sense of self as proactive

individuals in the Lebanese community, AIESEC AUB will establish a complementary program that would fill that void. This project will help them pave the way into the real

world. Qualified volunteers from around the globe will hold all of the sessions using interactive methods, based on their respective majors, their prior preparations and research on the

selected topics, and the workshops that they will be provided with.

AIESEC believes that young students in high schools and universities hold an unique position to discover, learn and act on the Millenium Development Goals. As future leaders of society the

responsibility of positive change rests heavily on their shoulders. Millenium Development Goals (MDGs) consist of 8 goals that aim at the solution of worldwide society problems. By enabling and facilitating dynamic and informative spaces for discussion, sharing about the MDGs and

conducting interactive workshops interns at Make It Possible project will encourage student's capacity for initiative. We believe that a dynamic and attractive international learning

environment is the best platform to present and discuss the MDGs with the students. The interns will also deliver sessions, conferences and initiatives of public reach. In conformity with AIESEC's

mission, Make It Possible Project aims to produce an indirect impact in society, offering young students the possibility to explore and develop their potential by providing them with the tools

and knowledge necessary to positively impact their communities.

The aim of the project is to spread cultural awareness through activities during the Christmas holidays, involving the orphans and disadvantaged

That is, students may often have skills in an area in which they have little interest, or may be
