Project: Consult’N GOIssue: Consultancy in Business and Development.Description: Working with mid-sized NGOs in Turkey, the project aims to developtheir performance through providing management consultancy. With a cooperationwith AIESEC, international interns with management background are coming fromdifferent countries to develop topics like Structure, Marketing, Human Resources,Finance Structure, Financial Business Model (for a Social Sustainable organization),Strategy, Planning, Process optimization and creating performance indicators.Justification: According to researches, the NGO Managers in Turkey, lead theorganizations with passion, but most of them have lack of management skills whichmakes their NGOs low impactful. AIESEC brings in this project, international interns(university students from 18-30 years or recent-graduated) to apply their knowledgein those organizations to make them more efficiency in order to make them havemore results and bring more impact to the society.Time: Feb 16th to 30th MarchPlace: Istanbul

Project: Meet My Friend (MMF)Issue: English literacy and Cultural Understanding. Description: Working in High Schools in Turkey, the project aims to developEnglish Skills and Cultural Understanding in High School Students throughinteractive presentations, discussions and activities related to themes connectedwith Turkey’s Real Social Issues.Justification: Even though English education is included in the national educationsystem, according to researches, the English Level of Turkey is considered as lowproficiency in the global scenario and one of the lowest between the Europeancountries. Also according to the Annual European Report, Human Rights,Democracy and Discrimination based on color, gender, religion and minorities aretop issues in the country for its social development, which prevents the countryto be accepted among the European Zone.Time: Feb 2nd to 15th MarchPlace: Adana, Eskisehir, Gaziantep, Izmir, Kocaeli

Project: Yalova University ProjectIssue: Cultural ExchangeDescription: interns will have presentations at university about their culture and some specific topics. At least one meal and accommodation are provided.Time: Feb 23rd to 5th AprilPlace: Bursa

Project: Millennium ProjectDescription: Looking for foster the discussions that promote the development ofcritical thinking, through activities that stimulate creativity and strengthen theschool environment, showing the importance it has, the Millennium Project alsothrough its interns shares knowledge, build a diverse knowledge environment.Objective: Bring awareness of the Millennium Development Goals to public schoolstudents and / or private, discuss the goals and think of actions to solve theproblems through talks and workshops, suiting the understanding of children,making them ambassadors of the Goals.The accommodation will be provided and guaranteed by AIESEC in Host Families.These houses have Wi-Fi, and expect you to an amazing cultural exchange duringthe days of your internship. Project: Gira Mundo ProjectDescription: Looking for an environment of inclusive education through cultureactivities, information and fun, the Gira Mundo Project allows third sectororganizations working with young people and / or children to promote adiscussion about global environment issues.Objective: The intern will work on Gira Mundo Projrct inside NGOs doingworkshops with children and youth to develop their abilities and present a newvision of the world. The intern will lead workshops about issues: SocialResponsibility, Environment Issues, Entrepreneurship, Human Rights,Sustainability and Multiculturalism.The accommodation will be provided and guaranteed by AIESEC in Host Families.These houses have Wi-Fi, and expect you to an amazing cultural exchange duringthe days of your internship. Project: Carta da Terra ProjectDescription: The project "Earth Charter", Global Citizen, is the result of apartnership between AIESEC in Brazil and the Earth Charter Brazil. The projectaims to bring exchange students to give classes and workshops on the contents ofthe Earth Charter to students from public and private schools on issues such asrespect for all forms of life, ecological integrity, social and economic justice, andnon-violence.Objective: Disseminate the Earth Charter's principles and practices throughoutBrazilian public and/or private schools. To facilitate workshops about the EarthCharter's content, using the official materials and following the given timeline.The accommodation will be provided and guaranteed by AIESEC in Host Families.These houses have Wi-Fi, and expect you to an amazing cultural exchange duringthe days of your internship. Project: i(L)earnDescription: i(L)earn is a journalistic camp for kids, whereby we would be trainingthe students to be curious and open to the international world. In this program,EPs will have to teach students the four basic English skills, which are writing,listening, speaking, and reading. Also, EPs will have a chance to share aboutMorocco cultures by having an experiential learning. The outcome from all theseactivities is a magazine made by the EPs and students.Other: Housing is provided. It is required to bring traditional Moroccan clothes (tobe presented in the camp) and other Moroccan traditional objects.Time: Feb 21st to 4th AprilPlace: Jakarta
