WPS SettingWhen the settings are complete, click “Apply”.This page allows you set physical WPS button connect to 2.4 G or 5 G band.

∫Characteristics of radio wave frequency bands5 GHz frequency band≥Normally not used by devices other than routers. As a result, it provides

very reliable connections and stable performance.≥Offers faster communication speeds than the 2.4 GHz band.≥More sensitive to obstacles such as walls and floors than the 2.4 GHz

band. Radio waves become weaker over longer communication distances.≥Older Wi-Fi devices may not support the 5 GHz band.

2.4 GHz frequency band≥Offers superior penetration of obstacles such as walls and floors,

allowing radio waves to travel longer distances.≥Supported by most Wi-Fi devices.≥Prone to congestion and unstable performance because it is used by a

wide variety of products. (In an apartment or condominium building, for example, you may also experience radio wave interference from devices in other rooms.)

Cannot connect to the ALL speaker.≥Check that this unit is on.≥Check that the ALL speaker is on. For details, refer to the Operating

Instructions for the ALL speaker.≥Check to see if this unit is correctly connected to the router with the

supplied LAN cable.≥Check that the router connected to this unit is on.≥Refer to “Network settings” to reconnect to the ALL speaker.

(Try a different connection method.) (l 10)≥Change the frequency setting to 5 GHz or 2.4 GHz, and reconnect to the

ALL speaker.

The speaker is frequently disconnected.≥ Is this unit or the Wi-Fi router placed on the floor?

The radio signal condition is poor in locations close to the floor. Place them on a desk or similar object so that they are about 1 m above the floor. ≥When you are using multiple ALL speakers and some of them are not

displayed sometimes, we recommend placing the Wi-Fi router at the centre of your house so that all the speakers will be at an equal distance from the router.≥Turn on and off the router.

Another router nearby may be using the same channel, causing interference.≥We recommend that you reset the router by turning it off and on.

If you have multiple routers, reset each of them one by one, rather than at once.≥Are there any obstacles near this unit or the router?

Avoid placing objects near the ALL speaker so that it can receive radio signals.≥ Is there a dishwasher or microwave near this unit or the router?

Devices with motors (dishwashers, etc.) and devices that emit radio signals may cause radio signal interference. Leave at least about 10 cm of space on all sides of the router and ALL speaker. In addition to metal objects, walls adversely affect the antenna performance.

≥ Is the channel fixed to a particular setting by the Wi-Fi router? We recommend that you set the channel to AUTO.≥ Is the maximum communication speed limited to a particular setting by

the Wi-Fi router? If this is the case, it may not achieve optimal performance.≥ Is there a cordless phone near this unit or the router?

When placing this unit near a device that emits radio signals, leave at least 1 m distance from the device.

Cannot display the web setup screen.≥Check to see if this unit and PC are connected correctly. (l 8)≥The PC and this unit must be on the same network.

Change the IP address of the PC so that the devices are on the same network. (l 17)≥The screen is not accessible when this unit has just been turned on.

Wait for some time and start up the browser again.

Cannot login to the web setup screen.≥Check the user name and password.≥Check to see if you have correctly entered upper and lower case
