Dear Parent Welcome to the E-Sports Spring Camp 2015. Each year E-Sports welcome hundreds of enthusiastic young camp-ers to take part in our Holiday Camp program. We offer your child the opportunity to experience a fantastic range of activities. The daily schedules are tailored to each individual camper, which enables your child to ex-perience a balance between activities they are familiar with and new activities that we feel they will enjoy in a safe and friendly environment. Thank you for choosing E-Sports we look forward wel-coming your child at our camp. Rest assure that your children will be taken care of by qualified professionals in a safe and friendly environ-ment. Basic breakdown (what to expect)

E-Sports Multi-Activity Camps are the leading holiday camp providers

for children aged 4-14 in the UAE. We have developed a strong reputa-

tion by constantly focusing on what parents and children want by cre-

ating a camp environment which encourages children to thrive, learn

and develop whilst making friends and having fun.

We have achieved this by being committed to delivering engaging and

stimulating activities within a safe and positive environment. Our team

work hard to ensure that each of our venues is a positive, happy place

to be for children, parents and staff alike. We offer a balance of sport

and art & craft activities, ensuring each session is perfectly suited to

the age and ability of the camper. We take full advantage of our loca-

tions great facilities with health and safety always being our top priori-

ty, ensuring your peace of mind.

Sample Program Please Take Note: This is only an example of a schedule that could take place at camp. Parents can view the actual venue specific schedule on arrival to the venue each day. Main Ac-tivities vary from Swimming, Football, Fun & Games, Tennis, Basketball, Arts and Crafts. All Activities are done at an ap-propriate level. E-Sports will provide all sports equipment for the lessons

Each school is priced accordingly. The rate is based on the

type of the facilities the school has on offer.

Transportation Our bus services during the camp period will be operated by STS transport services. Requests for week one should now have been confirmed. Requests for Week 2 (5th –9th April) need to be in by 1st April. STS will send you an estimated bus pick up time on the Saturday before camps starts when the test route has been done.

The cost of camp transport covers your child's pick up and drop off for the week + Bus ID card.

Payment options are as follows: 1. Cash Payment can be done to Mr. Anish at Dubai American Acad-

emy in advance. 2. Cheque Payment can be done to the bus driver on the first day. Cheques can be made out to “ School Transport Services LLC”. Kindly Ensure that it is placed in a clearly marked envelope (child's name on the front) 3. Bank transfer— Click here for details NOTE: Once you have paid and booked no refunds will be issued

What To Bring

Theme Days

These are optional themed dress up days for the students.

They take place on Wednesdays.

Week 1: Theme - Disney Day - Wednesday 25th March

Students can wear a costume, hat or T-Shirt representing

their favorite Disney character.

Week 2: Theme - Sports Hero Day - Wednesday 1st April

Dress up as your favorite Sports hero. Messi , Renaldo, Mi-

chael Jordan.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1.What Kind of Activities will my child be doing at camp? Activities range depending on the amount of students we have each week and also the staff available to teach each activity, that being said the main activities like:

• Swimming • Arts and crafts

• Basketball • Computers

• Dodge ball • Fun and Games

• Football

Stay the same at all venues.

Then depending on availability we add the below activities:

Drama

Gymnastics

Music and movement

On Average your child would do 10-15 different activities during the week

Note: Children do not get to choose which activity they would like to participate in -They have to follow a set schedule. The schedule is drawn up the night before each new day of camp as it is dependent on the amount of students registered for the venue.

2. How many activities per day can my child participate in?

There will be 5 different activities a day divided into 30-45min Session each.

3. How are the students divided into groups?

Groups are divided according to age and gender and with a age difference of 1yr either way eg. 5yr old will either be with a small 6yr old or a older 4yr old.

4. Are the teachers Qualified sports Coaches?

E-Sports only hires qualified sports coaches.

5. What first aid procedures you have in place?

There will always be a fully qualified First Aid person on Duty. E-Sports pride themselves on their Health and Safety Standards. In the unlikely event of a child being injured the parent will be no-tified. 6. Do you offer a Sibling Discount?

E-sport offers a 20% siblings discount on the 2nd, 3rd children. They have to be either brother or sister and not cousin and nephew

8. What else do I need to bring?

Please bring swimsuit, towel, drinks and lunch box. 9. What if my child is sick?

Please refrain from sending sick children – as they tend to make other children sick or spend all day in sick bay, which results in par-ents having to come and collect them. 10. What if my child has a medical condition?

It is vital that we are made aware of any medical conditions and any prescribed medication that your child is required to take. We also advise you to talk with the nurse on duty in regards to any emergencies. 11. What if children are badly be-haved?

Our staff treats children with re-spect and we expect this to be re-ciprocated by the children. We en-courage good behaviour and sportsmanship with positive reinforcement. By the same token bad behaviour cannot and will not be tolerated and we will deal with this in an effective manner. For more serious cases, we will contact parents to take action. In extreme cases we reserve the right to re-move children from our program.
