What to Expect

Once we’ve received your booking deposit, we will reserveyour time and send over a confirmation email & we will

also send over a questionnaire for you to fill out to gatherinfo to help us best prepare for your session.

We will then set up a time to chat about your session, cakedesign, go over all the details, and answer any questions

you may have. You may also request to have thisconsultation in our studio or over coffee, prior to booking

and pay your retainer at this consultation should youchoose to book.

We will contact you a day or two before your session to toremind you & confirm, and answer any last minute questions

you may still have.

Don't worry, we know little people can sometimes be a littlecamera shy. We’ll work with them & take as much time as

needed to get photos everyone is happy with.

Please note there is a re-scheduling fee should you need toreschedule your session once your time is reserved.

After Your SessionApprox one week after your session we will contact you to

schedule your viewing and ordering appointment where youwill come to our studio and preview your images in a customslideshow. After your slideshow viewing we will go througheach of the photos in your gallery and pick your favorites

for print. At this session we will guide you through theordering process, assist you in choosing your prints &

keepsakes, and answer any questions along the way.

Your included Print credit can be applied to any print orproduct options. We offer a variety of package and ala

carte ordering options.

we are a full service studio. We are not just going to handyou a CD of images for you to figure out what to do with,leaving your only printing option to be some drug store

type print lab with poor print quality & funky color tones.We also know how confusing it can be to try navigate

ordering all those prints or not knowing if they will turnout or you are getting junk for your money (you are). We

will guide you through that process, take care of theordering for you, and deliver you a beautiful professional

product you can cherish for a lifetime.
