The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of business, ser- vicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and assisng the producer in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business. COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for managing a renewal book of business Works closely with Producers and other JDIMI staff on all aspects of client service, markeng, and renewal while ad- hering to JDIMI’s best pracces and standard procedures. Iniate Account Planning with Producer 100 days in ad- vance of the renewal Maintain a retenon rate of 95% or higher on your Book of Business Set clear expectaon for client and business partners by providing same day response me In collaboraon with Producers; coordinate, support plans, discuss arising issues and create comprehensive plans for exisng clients Develops new business from exisng accounts and as- signed leads, and contributes to meeng departmental pro- ducon goals. Idenfies and follows-up on cross-selling opportunies when appropriate Responsible for the preparaon of proposals for prospect and stewardship reviews for exisng clients Manage account documentaon (i.e., roune inquires, quotes, binders, statement of values, insurance contracts, endorsements, cancellaons, etc.) Review client’s current coverage and exposures, loss expe- rience and analyze risk to determine the product/service requirements Maintain up-to-date EPIC workflow documentaon and ensures workflows are followed Ensure accurate and mely servicing and billing of ac- counts We are commied to providing accommodaon upon request for applicants and employees with disabilies. Jones DesLauriers is hiring for an experienced Commercial Account Manager who is a knowledgeable expert advisor in commercial insurance lines of business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of business, ser-vicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and assisting the producer in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.

COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for managing a renewal book of business

Works closely with Producers and other JDIMI staff on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal while ad-hering to JDIMI’s best practices and standard procedures.
