    Data Configuration Methods

    The data configuration function of the BSC6000 includes the

    configuration, browsing, storage, backup, and restoration of the

    data on BSC6000 and the BTSs under it.

    The data configuration is performed on the LMT. The configuration

    data can be saved as binary DAT files.

    Data Configuration Modes

    Offline data configuration

    The "offline" mode refers to that the

    communication between an LMT and a

    GBAM/GOMU is not set up.

    User can configure the data in offline

    mode, and load the data when later the

    LMT is connected to BSC successfully.

    So offline mode can be adopted during

    initial operation and upgrade of anetwork in a fast and convenient manner.

    Data Configuration Mode

    Online data configuration

    The "online" mode refers to that the

    communication between an LMT and a

    GBAM/GOMU is normal, and every step

    of the operation takes effect in real time.

    After logging in to GBAM/GOMU by LMT

    software, user can dynamically adjust

    data such as adding, deleting, or

    modifying data.
