The undersigned is directed to refer to Vigilance Wing' s OM of even number dated 19.03.2018 & 11.12.2018 on the subject cited above and to state that the confirmation to attend course from 21st -23rd Jan, 2019 have been received from 18 participants/Institutions/Organisations as per list attached (An nexure-A). However, confirmation from 10 participants is still awaited from Institutions/ Organisations as per List annexed (Annexure-B). 2.As regards course fee, head of the organisations/Institutions are requested that Bank draft of Rs. 6000/- in respect of confirmed participants (as in Annexure A) may please be drawn in favour of Director, ISTM and handed over to the participants who may be asked to bring the same to ISTM. The Demand Draft will be collected by the MHRD officials at ISTM on 21.01.2019 for submission to ISTM. Further, they may also be advised to fill the online registration form through link http://www.istm.qov.in/home/online osp form and indicate their requirement for hostel accommodation, if any. 3.It is requested that the confirmation in respect of participants indicated in Annexure B may please be conveyed to the undersigned latest by 20.12.2018 failing which other officers in waiting would be nominated.
