Witnesses were Leslie Hanson of Glasgow and the brides aunt, Emma Lukin of Oswego, Their many friends in Wheeler extend Heartiest Con gralulation.« George Simons suffered injuries in an attempt to save his seven year old son from being hurt in a traffic rush on the Wheeler high- ! way near the east end of town Thursday evening. Neither received serious injuries and are making rapid recovery Opening is Marked By Carnival Dance The Spot was purchased last week by Bert Nelson popular man- ager of the Riverside Inn The in- terner of the building has been completely modermsticly decorat- ed Special lighting effe ts and an an.plyfing system werr installed ny Eugene Anderson Nell Helmer and her five piece harmony band h s been engaged to entertain. Youll have to hear them to appreciate them. The grandest opening will be marked by a genuine carnival dance Music will start at nine p rn. Mr Nelson is making the change complete by offering twenty dol- lars for a name which will be given to the Spot at a later date One person may submit one name any person entering more then one name will be automatically elimin- ated.
