My first response to the joke after reading it was absolute amazement that suchwould be in the NOP newsletter, and could it be enjoyed by the NOP? A jesting at thoseofthe Catholic faith who are in such dire circumstances that suicide is being contemplated,and about suicide, seemed so wholly other to what we are about in the NOP that I wasnearly incredulous at the joke's inclusion.

Contemplating suicide is no joke. Some of us may well have dear ones who havedone just that or who are contemplating committing suicide.

Believing that all in the newsletters is checked before being printed and mailed out,and of course having my own opinion of what constitutes honoring God's children, I didconclude that there is/may be some anti-catholic bias somewhere. And my first writtenresponse to the joke was written in that vein. That has not been rebutted, regarding possibleanti-catholic bias, but many assurances from writers from the NOP that no offense wasmeant, has been given.

This joke was such a shock that I had to write in defense of all who are CatholicChristians as this kind of joking can tend to inculcate and deepen attitudes againstCatholicism by those who see and know only the wa rts and sins, and not the whole historyof the defense and love of Jesus Christ throughout the history of the Catholic Church. TheCatholic Church is made up of human beings and we all know carnal nature tries to get theupper hand whenever it can, and it has done so, throughout the Church's history, but more,the love and truth of Jesus Christ has prevailed through all of the ages.

I expect the full import of the 'joke", the suicide angle, was not realized when it wasput in the newsletter, and my hope is that those who enjoy "Catholic" jokes will avoidthese jokes which impugn the character of the Catholic Church and of those of us who areCatholic, from the point of heart of loving those who belong to Jesus and of loving one'sneighbor as oneself There are funny Catholic jokes that are fine, I am sure.

Also, I believed that writing publicly was the way to go as the newsletter waspublicly given out for all to read, even could be given to non-NOP as an example of whatis going on now. In response to the many who were so concerned about me taking offense,I did not and do not see this as a private matter between me and who put the joke in thenewsletter, as the effect of the joke is not only personal but also about how Catholicismand suicide are understood.

To my personal knowledge from the notes written to me about this, only concern hasbeen shown by members of the NOP that I not take offense at Chuck-JOHNEL, for it waswritten to me that certainly C-J did not mean any offense by the joke. No mention of thecontent of the joke about the suicide as being the joke or of the jesting at Catholicism wastaken to task by the writers to me, although one writer did say that he thought I did well

to voice my objection. All of us need to discern and not just accept what is given, no matterfrom whom. And when wrong is done, it must needs be addressed in Christ's love.

It would be so heartening if C-J has already been inundated with notes and letterscomplaining about the "joke", then I would say that gladness fills my heart for that!

By the way, in a note if needed for anyone, ever so many of us who are Catholicfollow Jesus Christ and are led by His Holy Spirit and are not following man. All thanksbe to God for that!!

When I read the joke, I did not see it from a "Catholic" perspective, butrather from a carnal perspective, and it would apply to any denomination of faith or beliefs.I know that my broad range of humor is not the same as others. I am clarifying also, thatI am not against any faith or any human being. I love people, and I respect everyone'sfaith, Catholic, Mormon, and all the others. I love Catholics and have no problems at allwith them or their beliefs, and have many Catholic and Mormon friends and family too.The joke was in my mind not to be taken seriously for it was a joke, so I did not find itoffensive. Please consider forgiving my offense to you. I will be more selective about thejokes I type. Thank you.

Leith selects the jokes or observations fromseveral different books as she transcribes the letters we receive. I prayerfully consideredthat particular "observation" and considered changing it; but then I recognized that it was

NOT an attack on the Roman Catholic Church. Rather, it was an observation of the

Oh, by the way, although about 40% of the intercessors in the N.Q.F. who are likelyCatholic got that WE GET LETTERS, only one sister in Christ took exception.

It would have been the same if that person in the "observation" was Lutheran,Methodist, Baptist, etc. as generally all denominations regard suicide as a sin. It isalso known that suicide in the Catholic Church is considered a serious sin worthy ofhellfire. It seemed to me that this "observation" in that story gave considerable creditto the Catholic Church.

It would also be difficult that I'd have an anti-Catholic bias in that I was born into theRoman Catholic faith and raised as one. I saw no harm in the "observation of humancarnality" (it was not ajoke) and so I saw it as a lesson of the way some brethren playfoot loose and fancy freely with their own belief systems.

Folks can't understand how Angus and myself can do all that we do aroundhere. They are baffled and they don't know the half of it. If we were not looking andfocusing on Christ Jesus, there is no way we would be able to accomplish all that weneed to. They say to me "how do you do it? You work twelve hour shifts and get upat 4:30 in the morning? They say, I could never do that!" It's all in walking in theSpirit and looking to Jesus. I realize that now, I never really thought about it beforeuntil folks kept pointing it out to us, just never really thought about it but knew itwasn't in our strength indeed.

The A LOUD VOICE are normal people butunusual in that they are wholly given to Christ. JESUS spewed me them in the 1980'sand I reviewed them in their ranks and formations. The counter on the website was around 200 before I mailedthe letter sent to the Church. There has been some feedback and around 20 peoplehave joined the automated subscription system for the newsletters and prayerupdates. In my cpanel it says there have been over 20,000 hits. Hopefully, I amdriving more hits to your site also.

Question: have you shared this site with the Net of Prayer on the mailing list,and/or (email list)? Will you share this with them for me? I would like to have

feedback on any subject that they would choose to talk about on the site. I also feelthat it would be a great value to other people visiting the site if actual members of theN.O.P. would leave comments about their experience and insight to the spiritualbattles taking place, on the site. The pastors targeted with the letters have not givenany feedback so far. There is a lot here to swallow, and I believe it will be hard forthem to have a quick response, but I intend to get one when led to persist on it.

I remember in one of the issues of "We Get Letters", a lady asking for anonline version of the newsletters and why you were not approaching this. This siteprovides this aspect for the members if they are interested.

Alyce has some right and some wrong. Yes, evil was in the government long beforeBeastman Obama; this Beastman is the crowning glory of that enterprise, the culminationof what they have worked for.

The "evil ", a system of socialism which is truly antichrist, started with PresidentTheodore Roosevelt followed by Woodrow Wilson with the next great step coming withFranklin D. Roosevelt. His socialist policies extended the depression many years beyondwhen it would have ended of its own accord. The outbreak of WWII ended the depressionin spite of FDR.

The first two Beastmen I met in battle in the GAP in 1982, Beastman G. Hart, Beast manJ. Kerry. We defeated these. The next (new and improved Beastmen) were Bill Clinton(whom we injured/crippled,) and Barack Obama.

Keep in mind, my view of Obama is NOT based on any political position; rather I saw himin 1987 in the GAP leading a massive demon army out of hell with Satan's commission toundermine, dismantle, destroyed and eradicate America. JESUS made it plain that thisman whom I saw in 1987 in the GAP (Ezekiel 22:30) ,world run for president in 21 years,note that: TWENTYONE YEARS! He appeared on the scene in 2008, 21 years from 1987as JESUS revealed, ran for president and won the election.

He has been doingjust what he was sent to do: More Americans are out of work than whenhe became president, the debt rose $5 Trillion (bankrupting America ,), he is shutting downoil, coal and natural gas production -just to begin to list his achievements under Satan'scommission.

Recently, his loving care saw 4 Americans in Libya (including an ambassador) killed ashe watched, doing nothing. I saw him do the same in the GAP in 1987, he acquiesced tothe outright murder of multitudes ofAmericas - ALL of whom supported and backed him.Those who look to CHRIST JESUS and trust in Hirn JESUS will care for, but GuardianAngels are powerless against this monster.

Both Hitler and Stalin displayed love and affection for children, their wives, even theirdogs - but in the end these Beastmen led them to death.
