Response by Chuck-J0HNEL This question touches on the meaning of "judge" and thisis not a simple matter easily answered.

First, what is the definition of judge? Judge - concordance definition is: To distinguish,

try, condemn, punish, avenge, conclude, damn, sentence to.

Back to the garden of Eden and the fall of man: When Eve and then Adam partook of

the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil they immediately made ajudgment andin that they judged God. The forbidden fruit gave them the capacity to make judgmentsAPART from GOD THE FATHER. Previous to the fall they made no judgmentswhatsoever but did whatsoever the FATHER showed them to do.

Therefore judging, rebuking harshly or calling things as they really are APART fromFATHER GOD is sin - pure and simple.

If you see or perceive that a brother or sister is engaged in sinful behavior theFIRST THING you ought do is pray for them, and seek the guidance anddirection of the HOLY SPIRIT. But, keep your mouth zipped and keep yourmind stayed on JESUS - do not make judgments aloud or even inwardly(mentally). Keep in mind that before we speak a thing, we think it first - and weare judged as much by what we dwell on mentally as by what we speak withour mouths.

Then let us look at what the Bible teaches us:

"...0 man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thoucondemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things." (Romans 2: 1 selections)

Often time when we judge others harshly we are in fact judging ourselves for we seesomething in them or their behavior that is in us. However, those who do this are rarelyaware of the fact that they are judging themselves. This is one of the dangers of getting intothe bad habit of judging others - you end up judging yourself.

"Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. Judge not, and ye shall notbe judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned, forgive and ye shall beforgiven." ('JESUS in Luke 6: 36-37)

"Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment." (JESUS inJohn 7:24)

What is meant by a righteous judgment? JESUS gives an example in John 8: 15-16:

"Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man. And yet if 1 judge, My judgment is true: forI am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me." (JESUS in John 8: 15-16)

JESUS did NOTHING except the FATHER spewed Him - He restored the relationship manonce had with FATHER GOD before the fall - doing nothing, making no judgments apartfrom Him.

However, in life we make other "judgments" all the time that are of merit and are notnecessarily included in what I'm sharing. For example, making the judgment that it is notright to murder someone is a judgment, or making the judgment that you like steak morethan fish - another judgment call that is ok. But when it comes to people and judging themor their actions we need tread carefully, very carefully.

First off, most liars come to the place where they believe their own lies so they may not"know" that they are lying since it has become habitual. Nonetheless, when you see anobvious behavior that is not right - the first thing you ought to do is to go to the Lord inprayer for them, asking for His guidance, direction and help for that brother or sister inChrist.

REPLY by Chuck-JOHNEL: In the Book of Revelation chapter 20 we can read of howthe Devil, and Satan are bound up for a thousand years and that this is called the "firstresurrection" (Verse 5). But when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed outof his prison and then shall come the final battle in which the enemies of God are consumedand the saints are preserved. Lastly comes the judgment and a new heaven and a new earth.This is clearly outlined in the Book of Revelation chapter 20-21.

Response by Chuck-JOHNEL: The Seal of the Living God is the unconditional Love ofGod extended to His people unconditionally. It comes without cost and is given in Jesus'Name. In my experience the primary reason why people reject it has more to do with thefact that they are carnal, led by "their woman" (soul) and not by the Spirit of God than thelack of catastrophes. Understand that the carnal mind is enmity against God and that to becarnally minded is death (Romans 8: 6, 7). The likelihood of any of them having a changein heart is slim (not impossible but unlikely) regardless of what happens.

Also, I can confirm we will have the 1,000 praying to stop the Tiny Star. Each nightwhen I go to sleep, I ask Jesus to watch over me when I fall asleep and that any dreams Ihave will come from Jesus and no one else. In January 2004 (January 15,1 believe) Jesusgave me a dream about the Tiny Star. I was here in the Pensacola area. It was brightdaylight. I was facing south from here looking into the Gulf of Mexico. I saw (we saw) a verybright light, flaming fire shot out of the south and went up into the air and strikes the TinyStar coming in and pushed it away. When I get a dream from Jesus, the dream stays with me—not like the otherdreams you get and forget about the next day or two. Jesus' dreams stay for years! Reply by Chuck-JOHNEL: First, thank you for sharing your dream/vision of January2004.

Concerning Wormwood, he is a former Cherubim Angel of God who was created to be a"protector of God's children" and in a fallen state became a "destroyer of God's children."He was my angelic counterpart in the beginning with GOD, something I learned by HOLYSPIRIT revelation and by JESUS' Word in the mid 1980's. Some brethren actuallyencountered him `In The Spirit' and told me that he looked like me except he was very evil,scary evil! Not a thrilling revelation to say the least.

During the 1 989 Prophetic Mission to the East Coast he led a demon army and attacked me.In the ensuing battle `In The Spirit' that, thanks to Nancy-TONI and Kathleen-MARY, wasturned against him (he was wounded and put out of action for eight months) and so he hasavoided confrontations with me since.

But to answer Gretel-RAPHAEL's question - - I was sent into this world and given ananointing whereby I could stand in the GAP for this nation, and in that capacity have

But based on church decisions made by 2003 the Lord required that we`stand aside' according to those church decisions to reject God's help and protection. Thissame decision that side-lines me next empowers Wormwood to be a destroyer and he willdestroy 90% of the church that gave him this power.

The anointing I have is the potential to do great things through Christ but it is activatedonly as the church or His people pray and decide for His help. Then I can move in His

empowerment to stand in the GAP for the nation - not until.

parents to move to Marshall, Arkansas and sell our home in St. Augustine, Florida, because

it would be destroyed...I want to tell you about a dream I had from the Lord several monthsago. In the dream I was shown a map of the United States. The map mainly focused in onmiddle-eastern portion of the states (it looked like someone had drawn a line in the middleof the country just showing Ohio all the way north and south and then to the east coast).I saw large red dots marking several major cities, but the only one I could clearly make outwas Cincinnati. The whole city was abandoned and the windows had beenshattered on almost all of the tall skyscrapers. I remember being surprised that the tallbuildings were standing. The Lord then spoke to me in my dream and said, "There willbe no more than 100 people able to live in the cities at a time." It was put on my heartthat there would only be enough food to support 100 people. At first I was shocked andsaid, "No, Lord, you must mean more people than that." But as I looked there was no signof any human activity. It was not revealed to me where the people went or what happenedto the city to make it look that way. There were at least 3 other red dots on the map wherethis had happened, but I could not make out exactly where. I know there was one north and

south of Cincinnati and another to the east.

We have known for at least six and a half years to be prepared for the upcoming

judgment on America and are still in the process of gathering more food storage and othernecessary items. I truly want to thank you for your dedication and obedience in the Lordwith your Ministry." (Unquote)

Comment by Chuck-.IOHNEL: A neutron bomb would kill all living things and leavestructures largely intact - and while I'm no nuclear scientist, the gray soot covering everythingcould be the result of a neutron bomb bursting in the air over the city - which might also blow outwindows on sky scrapers.

Comment by Chuck-JOHNEL The key here is not to look at the coming destructions,meaning do not dwell on it or what will follow but rather to dwell on Jesus Christ, His Loveand His power to keep you safe regardless of what trials and troubles come your way.

Fasting in the Net of Prayer has never been severe - simply decline to eat favorite foods asa sacrifice - there is no need to risk hypoglycemia.

Reply by Chuck-JOHNEL: Long term investments are very risky even "if" the judgmentdoes not come crashing down in the next four or five years (which I believe it will and hasalready started). Oil just hit $50 a barrel another all time high - I only wonder how long theeconomy can go before these very, very high oil prices begin to undermine economicgrowth big time. I know it will. Oil prices are one of the things JESUS told me about backin the 1970's that would bring the economy down.

When I was on the Prophecy Club tour at the end of 19991 had many people ask me aboutthe stock market - and my best advice was that it was best to get out when you're aheadthan stay in and lose everything. Following the terrorist attack on 911 l the U.S. economytook a $9 Trillion doIlar loss, 401k's dropped like a rock and people have taken a horrificloss.

The current rise in oil prices is partially due to the recent Hurricanes - when we start gettingstrong and destructive earthquakes followed by war and more war - what do you think thelong term outlook for the economy will be?! Not good!

My best counsel, based on what I know and perceive by the Spirit of God is that investingin gold coins, silver coins, platinum (precious metals) is the best over-all long terminvestment although even the value of gold will not hold in the thick of the judgment.

Best advice is to pray and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit once you have reached apoint of being relaxed over this issue.

On the oil in Israel venture. I heard about it when I was with the Prophecy Club in 1999

and never had a witness to it. I can't add anything else except to say I have no leading andno insight and am personally skeptical.

At another time I heard an engineer talking on TV (years ago) who stated that with properplanning and construction the whole world's population could be housed with parks,shopping facilities, stores and all the entertainment and activities of a city within theboundaries of the State of Texas.

Concern ing the meteorite - I don't know if it is another sign from Wormwood - it could justbe a meteorite. What made the "Greater Event" obvious to us was the not-so-coincidentalappearance of a lots number associated with Wormwood the day a ball of fire (meteorite)is seen over the Pacific Northwest - all on June 3, 2004. This is the area where JESUS saidWormwood would show himself back in 1988. That got our attention. There have beenother balls of fire seen since this time but we don't assume that it is Wormwood unless wehave a distinct leading to take note. [ P.S. The occupation lasts 7 years.]

When I wrote that article I didn't go back intothe record to check the date - indeed, I was hard pressed to finish and get the Newsletterrolling and relied on memory (never a good idea). Chuck-JOHNEL's Response: In December, 1988 the Lord JESUS asked me to writesome pastors in the Mt. Vernon, Washington area asking them to pray and call theircongregations to pray against coming judgments. I argued with Jesus saying, "Lord youknow as well as I do that they will reject Your Word and reject the call to prayer so whywaste time, effort and money in such an endeavor? " JESUS replied saying, "WOULD YOURATHER THEY NOT BE TOLD, HAVING NO OPPORTUNITY TO DECIDE LIFE TOTHEMSELVES AND SO TO SUFFER DEATH AND DESTRUCTION AS IN ARMENIA,AS IN ARMENTO (Columbia, South America), AS IN MEXICO CITY?!"

I ceased being half-hearted and embraced His Commission with all my heart. One pastorand some locals responded and prayed, gaining America 12 years of mercy before thefinal church decision in 2001 that fed to the loosing of judgment, September

Chuck-JOHNEL's Reply: On the next two pages I've copied in the heart of MorrisCerullo's September 25, 2004 letter which Raphael refers to. Actually I've addressed thisissue some months earlier in a special N.Q.P. Report.

Nancy-TONI cut out a full page ad in the October 30, 2004 USA TODAY which bringsfocus to brother Cerullo's, "SAVE AMERICA NOW." Somehow we missed this TVbroadcast — nonetheless, the position we have on this issue is unchanged.

In this Ministry we have been addressing fine points of judgment, issues that most of thenation's Ministers know little if anything about.

In the past many years we have been made aware by the SPIRIT OF GOD that sin wouldgrow like a cancer in America to the point of no return, to where GOD will intervene tobring in His judgments lest, "MORE BE LOST THAN SAVED." The sin condition inAmerica is so far advanced that it threatens to poison the souls of even the very Elect. Idella understood and yielded to God's Perfect Will and her sister died of the cancerquickly and without suffering.

THE 30 YEAR CHURCH DECISIONWe are firsthand witnesses that the Church rejection of JESUS, His Word and Mercy leddirectly to empowering the Devil and his minions to have power over the U.S. The directresult of that final decision made in 2001 was 9/11 - an event expected as a result of a finalchurch decision in 2001 and a decision that drew this nation into a world war with Islamicterrorism.

JESUS made it plain to me that only nationwide repentance could overturn this judgment.

I've asked myself this simple question, ".If the Church rejected JESUS' Word and callto pray for 30 years - will the Church now repent?!?!!"

However, Morris is correct - "IF' the Church nationwide would respond and repent andpray - America could be spared this judgment that is coming down on us. But that is a

mighty big "IF" and the sum total of my experience with the Church these past 30 yearsis that repenting and praying is the last thing they'd do.

Praying for a HOLY SPIRIT Revival is the most productive direction for prayer today.Praying to withstand the judgment, to get more time would be a disaster if God answeredand did so.

Morris is right - the devil is not in control over America but the Church (which is in controlthrough Luke 10: 19) has given the Devil considerable power over this nation. We knowfor a fact that a demon principality working through the sin of the Church initiated, directedand empowered the attacks on 9/11 that took 3,000 American lives and that caused a 7Trillion dollar loss and more.

THOSE WHO HAVE PRAYED ALL ALONG ARE STILL PRAYING: A very minorityof God's people have always responded to JESUS' call to pray, to repent and pray. Thatjudgment has been held off for so many years is testimony to that portion of the body ofChrist which is faithful and obedient to JESUS. However, the more sizeable portion of thebody of Christ has long since hardened their hearts against God and will not respond toappeals to prayer or to repentance and prayer. Sadly they have no idea of what they needto repent of and much less are they willing to repent if they did.

To be blunt, America will be saved through the fires of judgment where the dross is burnedaway in the fiery furnace of God's judgments. I see this after 30 years of calling the churchto pray and to repent and pray and seeing their response - their rebellion against God's
