The children got out of school a

    the show

    the last

    of

    he could make one

    for practice. I t

    turned out beautifully.

    We got Tommy s

Tormny s teacher doesn t like to give A s or

    He

    did get several B s and C s , and

    in

most every subject she said he has

    and

    is

    a

    pleasant active

    Saturday afternoon,

    Mrs.

    who are taking exams

    this

    on Thursday. She

    v/ill

    w h e n this is o v e r .

    We were

    talking

    about

    how

    much the cost of

    living

    has gone up here

    and

    i t is

    almost

    unbeleivable.

    I guess

    that

is why we have such a time

    have

    gone

    HIGHLIGHTS

    AT

    CAIvIP

    Seven

    Seniors

    walked forward on

    the

    last night of camp, two

    of whom

    dedicated themselves

    to the special ized task

    of preaching. I t

    was a

    wonderful

    week and I

    enjoyed

    bringing the evening messages

    and

    leading a discussion group each

    day.

^The previous week was intermediate camp where I also brought

the evening messages. God blessed the week

    with

    4 becoming Chistians.

The youth in both camps were from the European congregations throughout

    fihodesia, and,

    we

    pray that the

    young

    people will be a strengthening

    factor to the i r

    home

    churches because of

    camp.

    ANOTHER

    CHURCH BEGIIjS AT MAKGULA.

    Interest has been high

    for

    sometime to have a European

    congregation a t

    Mangula.

    Due

    to

    the vast

    differences

    of the 3 cultures

    in Rhodesia

    i t

works best to have separate services , so on the f i rst

    Sunday

    of

    September we met

    with

    14 European folk, and

    will

    meet on the

    f i rs t

Sunday of each month, the Lord willing.

    The African congregation

    there

    is one

    of the

    strongest in

    this

    area,

    and

    has i t s

    own

fu l l time minister. Vs/ith the leaders

    of

    the

congregation they also preach to 6 other African churches within a 20

    mile

    radius

    of

    Mangula.
