1. Write down one BOLD IDEA that would create a more engaged, innovative and inclusive culture on your campus
2. Add a first step that could help this happen

6. Mentally rate the idea: 1 = ho-hum to 5 = fabulous “Would work!” (Decide BEFORE turning the card over)
