THE CEREMONY We have designed special vows to commemorate your unique wedding experience. If you choose to use your own vows, please send them to us at least thirty (30) days prior to

sailing. Ceremonies last approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Your wedding ceremony will be performed by the approved Officiant determined by your wedding package. The bridal

couple may also provide their own authorized Officiant. The ship’s Captain does not have the authority to perform legal wedding ceremonies.

THE CAKE

All cakes are created just for you by the ship’s chef. Cakes are traditional vanilla buttercream with the filling of the day, white frosting with white

decorations. Cake is topped with flowers made from icing. We offer a variety of cake flavors. Flavors can vary per tier. Colors of fondant can be

customized.* The size of the cake is determined by quantity of people. Prices are per person.**

PRIORITY CHECK-INPriority check-in is provided only to guests having a ceremony on the first day of sailing. On the day the ship sails, the bride and groom will be greeted by their Wedding

Coordinator when they check in with the Pier Supervisor. All sailing guests must have the paperwork completed in their ticket books before arriving at the terminal.

The Wedding Coordinator will escort the bridal couple to their stateroom. Bridal couples will be permitted to board as soon as customs clears the ship, which is usually

between 11am and 11:30am, so the couple should arrive at the terminal at 10:30am to meet the Wedding Coordinator.

All sailing guests will receive special priority check-in and be escorted on board shortly after the bridal couple. All guests should arrive at the pier between 11am and 11:30am.

Whereas we are able to provide priority check-in for sailing guests, we are unable to provide an escort from the pier to their stateroom.

Note: It is extremely important that the wedding party hand-carry all items on board to be used in the ceremony (tuxedos, wedding dress, shoes, jewelry, etc.) Luggage

checked with the luggage handlers will not arrive at your stateroom until after the ceremony.

CANCELLATION POLICYFor a full refund of your wedding and wedding enhancements, notice of cancellation must be received in writing at the Norwegian Cruise Line office no later than sixty

(60) days prior to sailing date. A full refund, less $400 administration fee, will be issued. No refunds for cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to sailing date.
